Changi Lounge Experience using Priority Pass
Priority Pass members are given a card upon check-in which shows the amenities you can enjoy: 1x meal, 1x beer, and 1x shower. The shower room number and time are also indicated on the card.
The staff were polite upon check-in. I was asked for my Priority Pass membership and my boarding pass. Since I was flying via Scoot, I was able to use the Early Check-in Facility in Jewel Changi.
One thing I didn’t like was that there were no separate toilet facilities inside Changi Lounge. This wouldn’t have been a problem had I been given an earlier time slot in the shower (where there’s a toilet inside).
If you don’t want to shower and just want to use the toilet, you would have to go out of Changi Lounge and head to the public toilets of Jewel Changi just on the left side of the lounge. Meanwhile, the shower rooms are behind the lounge bar of Changi Lounge.
If you want to shower while you’re in Jewel, Changi Lounge is a good option. The shower room itself is quite spacious and fully stocked. The shower stall has both a rain shower and handheld attachment, with toiletries provided. The toilet is clean and there’s also a sink and vanity. Personal hygiene items are also available. There’s even a small seating space by the door.
The lounge itself is spacious, with plenty of different seating areas to choose from. In terms of food, however, don’t expect this lounge to have a wide variety of food, compared to bigger lounges in Changi Airport terminals.
There are fully automatic coffee machines, a mini fridge with a selection of carbonated beverages and yogurt, hot water and tea selection, cereals, juices, iced water, fresh fruits, biscuits and cookies, and hot snacks.
